servant is listening.
Come join us for
a day of prayer, reflection and learning on how God speaks to us and the
many ways we can “listen in” to what God is saying. The day includes
lecture, discussion, personal reflection time, prayer and Q & A.
This day of
reflection is a perfect opportunity for CRHP and Bible Study groups, parish
staff members, catechists, students and all those who love scripture to
say: ”Speak, Lord for your servant is listening”.
Father Tim
Schehr is a Professor of Biblical Studies and this past year was recognized
by the Athenaeum for his thirty years of service as a member of the teaching
faculty. Fr. Schehr has received the Athenaeum’s “Celebration of Teaching”
award and is a popular speaker at parish workshops and adult formation
events. He earned an M. Div. from The Athenaeum of Ohio, an S.S.L. from the
Pontifical Biblical Institute and a Ph.D. from Hebrew Union College.
Innervisions, a
Catholic Book & Gift shop, will have a book display of scripture resources
for purchase including Fr. Tim’s book, “The Bible Made Easy”.
