Graduate Certificate in Pastoral Ministry
The Graduate Certificate in Pastoral Ministry consists of 10 required graduate courses and is offered at the main campus in Cincinnati. Completion of this option fulfills the pre-requisite for application to the Permanent Diaconate formation for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.

Faith Dimensions for Ministry Old Testament New Testament Christology Church History Moral Theology The Church (Ecclesiology) People Skills for Pastoral Leaders Catholic Social Teaching Sacramental Theology
Other requirements include mentoring, field education, theological reflection and the project in ministry. Courses may also be applied to Archdiocesan certification or continuing education for catechists, Directors of Religious Education and Youth Ministers.
By taking two classes per quarter, it is possible to complete the Graduate Certificate in 2 years.
