Discernment Day for High School Men

Saturday, May 10, 2008

9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

If you’ve ever thought about being a priest, it’s time to think about it again.  This retreat offers you a peaceful time to pray and reflect on what vocation Christ may have in store for you.  During this retreat you will become more familiar with the priesthood and the discernment process.  You will be given the tools necessary to help in your discernment, as you seek Christ’s will in your life.  If you’re between the ages of 14 and 19, this retreat is for you!

You will hear seminarians talk about their own call to the priesthood.  You will be able to ask all your questions and get the answers to help you know if Christ is calling you.  You will experience Christ’s awesome presence during Adoration and Benediction.

This retreat will give you prayer and reflection to figure out what Christ wants for you.  You will learn about vocation as your calling.  You will learn about the gift of your vocation.  You will get answers to all your questions.

The retreat is free.

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Still not sure?  That’s OK.

“Christ doesn’t call the qualified, He qualifies the called.”
