Associate Director Full job description Lay Pastoral Ministry Program
The Athenaeum of Ohio, the center for ministerial formation for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, is seeking an Associate Director for its Lay Pastoral Ministry program. The Associate Director will report to the Director of the LPMP and work collaboratively with the LPMP staff and the Athenaeum faculty and staff. The position requires candidates to be a practicing Catholic, to publicly support and live in accordance with Roman Catholic teaching, and to have significant experience in pastoral ministry, adult education and/or spiritual formation. The successful candidate will have proven administrative abilities along with excellent written and oral communications skills. A Masters degree, preferably in religious studies, theology, religious education or related field is desired.
