ILL Request Form for Athenaeum Students
This form cannot be used from
Library computers. If you using library computers please copy and
paste your citations into a notepad document, print the page, and give it to
the person at the Circulation Desk. Please include all of the
information requested in the form on the notepad document.
This form is to be used to request books not
available in OhioLINK or for articles not found in the Athenaeum periodical
collection or full text in research databases.
Please fill in the form below and submit it.
Interlibrary Loan can take up to two weeks to be delivered. You will receive
an e-mail if your request is not able to be filled.
Please use one form per book/article request.
If you do not hear back within three business
days, you may e-mail
ILL Staff, to check on the status of your request.
