Store Policies
Texts for Courses Policy: We order
all required texts for all courses—excluding pastoral counseling texts
(see policy below). All registered students will have the texts needed for
classes on the first day. All late registered students cannot be
guaranteed any or all texts required. Please be aware that if you
registered for a class we have ordered the required texts for you. We will
not order any out-of-print texts.
Return Policy: We
have a 14-day return policy. All items to be returned must be accompanied
by the store receipt and must fall within the 14-day period of purchase.
The item must also be in the same shape as when it was purchased.
Returned Check Fee:
We assess a
$25.00 fee on all returned checks. This is to cover fees and other
associated costs.
Special Order Policy: We
gladly accommodate special orders. While we cannot guarantee a particular
price, usually the item is below the suggested retail price. Items
purchased in larger quantities ensure a larger discount. All items for
special orders must be prepaid. All texts for pastoral counseling courses
are considered special order (please see policy below). For more
information on special orders please do not hesitate to call the Seminary
Student Store at the number listed above.
Policy on Pastoral Counseling
Texts:
Because of the
increasing costs of texts for pastoral counseling and because of the
increasing number of students not purchasing these texts from the Seminary
Student Store, all texts are now only available through special order. We
work hard to provide the best discount, but we cannot always guarantee the
lowest price. All texts for pastoral counseling must be prepaid either in
person, or vis-à-vis email or phone. If a student chooses to not special
order a title, he/she can find the list of required texts below or on the
board outside of the Seminary Student Store. Please feel free to direct
all questions to the Seminary Student Store.
